I have made several moves in my life. This latest one was by far the best and easiest thanks to Few Moves! Matt and Dakota were personable and professional. The took great care to provide customer satisfaction. I would recommend using Few Moves to anyone and will use them again if ever needed!
I wish I could share my experience with using Few Moves, but unfortunately we never got the chance to see how their service was. We called Few Moves for a quote and a team member arrived at our business location and did a walk-through to gather the information. After that we never heard received a call. I called them twice after a week had passed and was given a lackluster excuse each time. "We'll look into it and see what happened" or "we will check with (not using employee's name out of respect) and reach back out". Here we are after all this time without a response back. We have since hired another local moving company who have been very responsive and helpful. I hope Few Moves improves in their communication, and for now I won't be recommending them to anyone.
Eric R. and Dakota G. were my movers. They were earlier than scheduled which was a plus! They introduced themselves, were very professional and wasted no time at all getting my move done. My entire move out of my old place and into my new place was under the time I thought it would take which was another plus. They treated my belongings as if they were their own and wrapped items, secured items and not one thing was scratched or damaged in any way. Everything arrived perfectly and they got right to placing items in my new home. I would definitely recommend this company for your next move!!
Few moves is the first moving company that I have ever used. They can highly recommended from friends as well as the apartment community I was moving too. What a great experience! Quick, responsive, polite, and genuinely careful. I would recommend them to anyone for a great moving experience! Truly a great move!
