showed up 4 hours late for the job. Had no tools on their truck to take things apart. could not transport my refrigerator because they didn't know how to take the doors off, nor had the tools to do it. their truck wasn't big enough for my stuff and was promised the rest would be delivered the following day by the 'manager' and another mover and no show or phone call. had to hire another moving company to finish the job. owner is rude and unprofessional but the movers were very polite, just not equipped for the job which I did not blame on them. move took much longer than the hour/room estimate even giving them an extra hour for the job, and it wasn't even completed
The best movers ever! These three guys broke their ass for us. No bumps or bruises to anything. They moved like the wind too. A+++
