Bad experience ,I would never rent from that location, customer Rep Walter Weeks Sr. was nasty, horrible service. He doesn't have people skills needs training on how to deal with people and how to treat them.
Short staffed. One person working in a busy store on a Saturday. Waited in line for at least 20 minutes. Reservation was done incorrectly and staff person was indifferent to any inconvience it caused. Parking lot was crowded with no where to park. Customer service & communication fall short of even today's standard.
Completely unsatisfied with my experience here. I've used a uhaul place in Cary several times and never had a problem. Very poor communication at this location.
