Our agent had something come up at the last minute and did not attend the closing but sent a substitute agent. We were never told ahead of time that she was not attending. She also did not offer to answer any questions about the closing ahead of time or provide us any details on what to expect. If you've never sold a house before in North Carolina, you're on your own. Not the kind of customer service I would expect for the money they receive.
