I ordered a Philly steak & cheese at this place and received a sandwich with more mustard on it than any other topping combined. It was literally swimming in mustard. There might've been 2 oz of beef on this 8 inch, $8 sub, along with several ounces of mustard. I paid $2 for the fries which were probably made the day before I got there. They were not good. I could really use that $10 bucks back I needed a good meal.
Food is great but the service at this location is terrible. Last night was $3.99 sub night and they weren’t staffed to handle the rush they knew was coming at all. It took a half hour to get our sandwich. This isn’t the first time it’s been very slow either, since we’ve experienced this a couple of other times. Third time’s the charm, as it’s clear the slowness is obviously standard operating procedure.
Best subs in raleigh. Not even close. Also fries are really good. Great service. Act like they cafe. As a small business owner (Home Instead Senior Care), I appreciate that.
I only give 2 star on the tuna sub. The tuna was really funny. But overall, the other subs I had were great. And the staff is awesome. Always friendly!
If the open sign is on, door is open and it’s before closing time you should be able to order and eat your food. We did come in close to closing but other people were eating and you should be happy to serve people as that is why and how you get paid. I am sure the owner will not be happy with this review but until he gets rid of the bad apple then it is earned. Being rude and shaking your head because we were ordering food while you are open even if close to closing was extremely rude to say the very least!!!!
