RUDE RUDE RUDE! Went here tonight with my kids to get some subs and we were met with the rudest service. No wonder the lady waiting in line left that was in front of me. I step up to start ordering and the girl says very rudely, "HOW MANY SUBS YOU WANT?". I have my kids with me so I ask them if they want an Italian Hero and she says again very rudely, "WE DON"T HAVE THAT SUB" I look at the kids and say do you want the Italian BMT and they say yes and she says again very rudely, "WELL I MEAN WE HAVE SOME OF THE MEAT BUT NOT ALL I WILL HAVE TO GIVE YOU DOUBLE MEAT". I say no that is ok and look at my kids to ask what else they want and this girl takes a big huff and lays her self down on the counter as if we were taking all the time in the world to order. Mind you there was no one waiting and we were not taking forever. When she did that I said you know what lets go (to my kids) I said I will take my business else where. I told her on my way out she did not have to be rude and she yelled OK!!! and then before I left I turned back around and repeated loudly that she did not have to be rude that there was no reason for that. Very few times have I had an experience like that but we will not be back. They are usually slow anyway and not overly friendly but I can't deal with just out right disrespectful and rude people.
I've been eating at this place for years since elementary. Now I'm in highschool and I don't know what happened but the new people that now work here are really rude. I actually stopped going because they were so rude.
The person that made our sandwiches was EXTREMELY rude! Also, The chicken on the sandwiches were ice cold. The manager was out, but I will place a complaint tomorrow with her or the owner. I will NOT go back there.
I wish I could give zero stars. This company is horrible. I have visited on several different occasions to find the night workers sitting around with a very nasty store. I would also like to note that this restaurant is in a predominately black community and these folks are racist! They never keep black employees for long. I have been told that they treat them like slaves there. The owner is very rude and nasty when you are able to speak with him (almost never) . I have encountered flies flying around the food and nasty restrooms. The cashiers dont greet you when you walk in instead jump right to the point of making your sub. There is only a few cashiers that I would recommend and they didn't stay long.
very rude! One lady with head wrap said they do not take coupons or subway app rewards. Its crazy when she's not there, they take it. Also they have a huge sign at the register that says sign up for rewards..I tried to show her the sign and she refuse to look. I said you advertise the rewards but do not take them? she said that is correct. SMH????
