Large selection of foot wear ranging from casual to dress. As well as having socks, belts and shoe care products. If I saw I pair of shoes that I wanted, but my size was already bought they were able to check if there wear house had that size. And if they did, after paying for the shoe get free shipping to my house. Same return policy as well on the pair shipped to my home. Easiest gift to give to any of my lady friends and family is gift certificate to DSW. They have kids shoes now as well.
DSW is the only store that I can find 4x wide. They don't have lots but enough that I can have good shoes. Good service.
Good shoe selection, but the employees are not knowledgeable about what shoes and brands they have in stock. I have encountered an employee there that could not tell me whether or not they carried a particular brand, and seemed to have quite an attitude toward me. Guess they have lost my business!
I was not impressed with their selection of shoes. I know they are limited by the store size, but still think they could have a slightly larger variety. Especially with all the apparently empty space they have. Their online selection is much larger and should you have to return items, you have a physical location to go to, usually fairly close. Store is clean and well lit. I didn't have any interaction with the employees at this store and surprisingly not even a greeting when I walked in during a seemingly slow time so I can't comment on their service, but at other locations the employees have always been friendly and helpful.
This place is wonderful. Large variety of designer shoes. Excellent selection of discount shoes which they keep neatly organized. I left with four new pairs which, happened to all be on sale, and I plan on going back soon.
