The black guy wearing glasses and no hair was so rude. Not nice to customers, may be he doesn’t want to sell it.

I asked the salesman if this store had a policy to contact the customer when their orders arrived. The salesman stated yes. I asked why wasn't I notified......of course he didn't know, typical answer.
I am a frequent customer, have been for a while. Mr Chavis, the bald guy with glasses, is the greatest. Never have I ever walked out unsatisfied. He is very respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Some times I can be very indecisive and he has always taken the time to help me, no matter how long it takes. Thank you Mr Chavis and I will be by this week to pick up my usual, air max and Jordan's...
Black and bald guy with glasses was very rude. My friend asked for a size 3 and he insisted that she wouldn't fit (even though she fits into size 3 in other shoes) and to get a 4. I went up because I was going to ask for a size for myself in a different shoe and when the female worker went to bring the size 4 I asked her to bring a size 3 and the black guy overheard and insisted again she won't fit and I said that's fine but she wants a 3 (at this point I was losing my patience and becoming agitated so my attitude changed). He then told me "first of all don't speak to me like that..." at this point I lost it telling him he couldn't just get her a 3 and he started all of this. End of the story she tried on the 3 and it fit, but there was no way we were going to buy shoes from there after he was INCREDIBLY rude. Learn customer service.
I called KFL to follow up on my order that was shipped to the store since I've order them a while ago and heard nothing from them. I was informed by the salesman that my order have been sitting at the store for days. Really???? How come I wasn't aware of this?
The bald guy was a great help. He was honest and upfront with his help. His suggestions were what I needed to hear and helped me to make the best choice for my son. I will keep shopping with ole baldy if he can keep us happy.
I agree with the person stating this place has poor customer service.
