It's fine but they are slow in taking care of you.
Every time I have been in this store, the people, or person (I've been a few times) has been very helpful, patient, and explained to me what I needed to know, they don't just hand you a phone and send you on your way, if you have a question, they don't give up til you Know and understand the answer.
