I arrived 8 minutes before they closed and needed copies for a meeting tomorrow morning. Walter was not worried about the time, was very patient and friendly, and just wanted my print jobs to come out right. Excellent customer service! Thank you FedEx Kinkos for saving me yet again!
I called to ask a question about passports and verify the services they provided. The gentleman in customer service was condescending and dismissive in regards to a simple question. I will not be using the services here ever. Not a good first impression and certainly not a way to attract new customers.
The machine for self printing is a disaster. Don't plan on doing anything quickly by yourself.. Wi-Fi is terrible, no reception in building.
PrintAndGo machines barely ever work correctly but the staff is great and helpful
