I have been going to VCA Triangle Tower since I moved to Raleigh and have always been impressed by the staff. Everyone is incredibly personable and they treat my pets with so much love and care! My dog recently had to go through heartworm treatment and the vets and staff were there for us every step of the way. Everyone here will go out of their way to make you and your pet(s) comfortable.
I've always liked coming here, the vets are always nice and super sweet to me and my dog. But she needed an allergy medicine to follow up with her allergy shot and no one told us this during her visit. We were notified of that 5 days after her visit and they still made us pay $40 for the allergy medication. That's why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.
Me and my dogs think it's a paradise they NEVER been so nervous (except for shots) that they ran for the bills the employees are so nice and calm and peaceful (which is Extremely HARD to find at other vets)the veterinary doctors give all attention to you hope every one comes to this paradise
Save yourself and your pet........I brought my kitty in for a sick appt, a few weeks ago. I made the appointment online which was very convenient!!! Once we got to the office and got into the exam room, the first thing said to me (by the office manager) was that "she looks so mean" and then started calling her "Al" when her name is actually Allie. It was unfortunate that she didn't seem to know the difference between the dog and cat booklets for the monthly insurance, she attempted to give me a dog insurance pamphlet twice in our appointment..... She obviously wasn't listening OR paying attention to my animal. The office manager seemed to not know what she was doing. We waited and waited without being told that there would be a delay in being seen, and once we said something... we were told the Vet was in the middle of putting an animal down. I wouldn't be one to question that, but when we checked in THE CANDLE wasn't lit up...... (the candle is supposed to symbolize if a family is saying goodbye to their family member). The vet was nice, and seemed caring...however, she basically asked what treatment had been done for my pet before when she would have such problem, and followed previous dr's treatment. We were in the VCA with a sick kitty for nearly 2 hours. WAY TOO LONG. I asked to speak to the office manager to voice my concerns of the visit as a WHOLE, and received a blank, and unkind stare while doing so. She then thanked me for the feedback, and stated she would bring it all up in the staff meeting that was conveniently later that afternoon. I would not recommend this VCA to ANYONE I know.
VCA . Was very amazing, understanding and very kind with our family. We truly happy we chose to take our boy to them..
