Had a reservation for 7:30 for our 5 year anniversary. We left after a 55 minute wait without being seated. This was with a reservation made a few weeks in advance. When we left they still had other guests from around 7 that had been waiting over 90 minutes. It might be good food but if you can't even sit down with a reservation what's the point in going?
Update: we had Thanksgiving dinner here. Finally sat down at 7:10. The headwaiter was pretty nice. I complained about long story wait and we got complementary appetizer and champagne.
The food is good but quite pricey. We were there on a Thursday night and it was a bit loud. If you're looking for quiet and romantic, this isn't quite it.
Outstanding!!! Due to work schedules on Thanksgiving Day and thru the weekend, the only time that all of my family could be together to share a Thanksgiving meal was before my husband's scheduled work shift beginning at 12:30pm Thanksgiving Day. I made a reservation for 11:00am at Sullivan's Steakhouse on Thanksgiving Day and then spoke to Philip, the manager, about my concerns of having our meal served right away. I wanted my family to be able to enjoy our meal and each other's company without being rushed before my husband had to leave for work. To accommodate my request, Philip offered that I provide each of my family members' meal options to him ahead of time to ensure that our meals would be served timely. From the moment we walked in, it was very evident that the entire staff was aware of our tight schedule. The staff was very attentive to my family; they engaged us in light conversation, and they were prepared. Our meal courses were served accurately, and in a very timely manner. The food was excellent! Philip was absolutely fabulous and on point with accommodating my request! This was my family's first experience at Sullivan's Steakhouse, and it surely will not be the last!
Good food and service. But do not come on a holiday.
We had our anniversary dinner here and it was incredible. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made us feel very welcome and special. Steaks were cooked perfectly. The lobster and shrimp bisque was the best I've ever had. The banana foster bread pudding was so amazing that I would go back to just eat that.
The worst restaurant I've ever visited. We made a reservation at 6pm. However, we were still waiting outside at 7pm. The two receptionists were not even friendly at all.
