My family and I have been coming to Cowfish over several occasions. We love the place, the food is great, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The sushi is top notch. And there costumer service department is amazing and I will tell you why.
Despite being just about full, we were seated within minutes, our drink orders were taken just about immediately by a very attentive and helpful waitress.
This place is so fun and the servers are very knowledgeable and helpful! Food is great. Everything we ordered was delicious! Try the Crab Rangoon Dip appetizer...so good!
Definitely enjoy the food and atmosphere at this place, you just have to be willing to wait (no reservations) or come at an off-time.
The food we got was delicious (And was served quickly), I think that was the best California roll I have eaten in my life, and the crab rangoon dip (starter) was absolutely incredible.

Dion's OMG Roll was awesome! If you love coconut shrimp, you'll love this roll. And the sweet marmalade was really good with it. My wife had the Bento Box, which is great if you want to try a burger and sushi rolls. Everyone loved their food.
Had dinner with a group of friends (6 of us) on a Saturday night. We arrived at 5pm and it was already getting crowded, but we only had to wait about 15-20 minutes for a table. We were seated on their outdoor, covered/enclosed patio, which was actually quite nice. Service and food were awesome! Our server was very friendly and helpful, and the manager even stopped by at the end of our meal to check-in with us and talk to some of our friends who had never been before. I think he gave them a gift card to come back and try again, not sure. Anyways, he was very nice and helpful also.
Went here for my birthday. Service was amazing, there was a little mix up with who our server was due to a missing server, so the manager comp' d our appetizer!!! The food was excellent had the crab Rangoon dip, and a fusion bento box, highly recommend if you want to try a little bit of everything. Will definitely come back.
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Cowfish..

The Cowfish
A few months back, we went only to find out the AC was out in the building. We wanted Cowfish, so we dealt with it. As usual service was great, staff was amazing, and the food was superb. We had tagged ourselves via Facebook about the food. A friends asked how the night went, and off handedly I mentioned that AC or no AC we would still eat there. The customer service was quick to ask us how the service was and apologized for the AC being out. It wasn't their fault, it happens, but being the outstanding company that they are they sent us a gift card to use the next time we came in, even after I told the staff nothing was wrong and it wasn't needed. That we would be back anyway. A company that rewards customer loyalty like that is doing it right.

My wife and I went there on a whim, we were just walking around looking for someplace nice to eat and ended up at Cowfish.
This place is awesome if you have friends who "just loves their beef", don't like seafood, or are too weak to try sushi! There is something for everyone, and it's all done pretty well!
