My experience at this Mr. Tire has always been positive. One thing that stands out is that every time I go, I trust them and know that they are not trying to rip me off. My car just hit the 50,000 mile mark and so I wanted to get a power steering flush, transmission flush, and a brake fluid flush. I was expecting to pay a lot but wanted to keep my vehicle maintained well. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was told that my car did not require either a power steering flush (because it is electronic), nor a transmission flush (it has a CVT transmission so no flush is needed) and so they did not perform those services. It is rare for a place to be that honest; they could have charged me for both services and I would never have known the difference. I appreciate that they were honest with me and it also ended up saving me a lot of money. I will continue to go to this Mr. Tire and if you are looking for a place, give them a try, I have yet to be disappointed.
My wife had previously bought a set of four new Yokohama tornante tires. They wore quickly and we brought them into the shop. George, the new manager, was able to get us a decent deal but my wife was still not satisfied. Then George was able to work with corporate to get an additional $120 off the replacement set of tires. This significantly increased our satisfaction with their attention to their customers. Thanks George.
Mangled my neighbor's car. Mr. Tire's insurance called it a total loss. Broke something no one can fix. Vehicle damage and thousands in loss just to have tires installed. Are you kidding me? I depend on my neighbor quite a bit.. Thanks, Mr. Tire.
THEY TOTALED MY VEHICAL. DID NOT TELL ME THEY DAMAGED IT. LET ME DRIVE AWAY. AND ARE INSUFFICIENTLY BONDED TO FIX . I bought a Sprinter for my business three months ago. Invested more money into repairs and maintenance to make it fit for my needs. Ordered tires had them delivered to Mr Tire. Damage suffered when lifted by wrong lift points. Mr. Tire's insurance, Travelers, declared it a total loss. Their insurance will not cover my investment. I am out thousands of dollars for trusting Mr Tire with my vehicle.
