I am not your typical Zumiez customer. I came here to purchase a gift for my niece. The staff was knowledge and friendly. I actually purchased more items because of the customer experience.
Got my thrasher and many other clothes. I love shopping there
The customer service here is amazing. I had purchased a bunch of online items and most of what I ordered did not fit right. The guy who helped me was really cool about it and very patient (I mean, I brought in a TON of stuff to exchange in the correct size). They were very upbeat and positive and helped me get exactly what I needed. This Zumiez is a great store.
I took my teenage daughter shopping here yesterday and we had so much fun! The staff is fabulous. Everyone working was so friendly,knowledgeable and fun. Obviously this company treats employees well because they were all enjoying their jobs. We bought some really nice things and will absolutely be coming back.
Wish there was an option for no stars. My husband and I went in to select a board for my son as a gift. The employee was called off to grab a purse from the back for another employee at the register in the middle of us asking questions. He came back 5 minutes later while we waited and chose to fully assist another client with a full selection for a new build before he took 3 seconds to hand us a used board and offer no other assistance. I don't have white skin or dress like 3.6 million dollars but I did want a nice board for my son. We will never go back. Maybe they should consider #skatebordlivesmatter. Everyone deserves assistance.
