Great service! Did not wait long at all at the front desk to check in or to get our pictures taken. Loved our photographer, Julie. She was patient and tried very hard to make sure our 9 month old was smiling and looking at the camera. We will be coming back!
HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT JC PENNY. RAN INTO A PROBLEM AND THEY WERE VERY VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME SOLVE IT.
Where do I start...the staff is rude and when reported to mgmt absolutely nothing is said nor done. Very messy and products and miscellaneous items in different departments where they do not belong. Complete shame this was my family's first visit to this area absolutely beautiful. But the staff of these restuarants and stores are horrible. This is what America is now, staff wanting more pay with absolutely no service. Do not shop there unless you like drama.
I will never go back to JC Penny’s again at North Hills. The customer service is awful!!!!! I waited for 20 minutes to get someone to help me with the “fine” jewelry. The saleswomen tonight made it so obvious she did not want to help me and made sure she would take her time helping the women in front of me. She rolled her eyes at me multiple times. I haven’t been in that store in years and now I remember why!!!
Onder in window coverings was very helpful and pleasant. His product knowledge was A plus!
