Great prices and store always clean and staff nice and helpful.
Awesome place!! Employees are so friendly.. On the day before Christmas Eve I was there and they had me cracking up.. That doesn't happen that often on such a busy day that you find such friendly people..
I recently shopped at this Kohls location and purchased over $100 in merchandise. I asked 2 different sales associates for assistance finding something. In both instances I said, "excuse me?", and they responded with eye rolls and a "yes?". I felt like I was somehow bothering both of them, and neither seemed busy. At checkout, the cashier was having a very involved conversation with the lady ahead of me. Then, when I approached, she continued her conversation while ringing my items. Two items rang up at the wrong price and I had to interrupt their conversation to let her know. She said that customers put items back in the wrong spots. I kindly suggested that they check the racks and the signs. She reiterated that it is customers that mess up their displays. I smiled and responded by saying that it wasn't this one shirt mixed in with other, but instead several of the same style on the rack, they didn't appear to be put back by customers in the wrong spot. She continued to ring my items and then began conversing with the woman behind me in line. I saw that she was done ringing and my total was on the screen. I asked for her if I could put in my phone number for my rewards. She didn't say anything, but I noticed the phone number screen appear. I put in my phone number, paid, and left. She did not say one word. No... "your total is..." or "have a nice day". If the items I purchased hadn't been gifts I would have cancelled the whole purchase. Terrible customer service.
Great sales! The store is always neat and very easy to navigate.
Nice selection. Some of the workers that are there now are not very helpful. It still worth 4 stars because some are good.
