Very Good Doctor.. I really feel much better after doctor Reid gave me a shot on my back for the second time. I would recommend him to any that has back pain. He is a very good doctor.
I have been going here for pain management for over 7 years and I cannot commend them enough. Everyone you meet here is friendly, professional and committed to providing you relief from your pain. I generally see Shannon for trigger points and her assistant Hanna. They are so entertaining while injecting you that you rarely notice the injection. Shannon is very intuitive at finding the source of the pain. Almost magical. I recommend any one of the providers there as well as the office staff. They are quick to get you in, great at returning phone calls, and quick to resolving your pain issues without throwing a lot of medication at you to cover up the symptoms. Top notch organization.
Staff was wonderful. Enrollment took me an hour to fill out as did not know how to answer them. But staff was very kind. Doctor was great as I was scared to death. The two shots gave me great relief. Could not have gone on vacation if I did not get the when I did. I thank God for giving all of you the knowledge you have to help people like me. Thank you and God Bless You.
Have had same treatment at two other providers. This was by far the most professional experience. Both the doctor and assistant were extremely professional and caring.. In fact all of the staff was excellent from check in to check out. Too early to determine the impact.
It was my first visit, I have no complaints. It's hard to base a review off if one experience and it be true to word. However what I did experience was very pleasant customer service, a triage nurse who seemed genuinely concerned with my health care and more than a rave review about the doctor coming in to see me. The doctor was prompt, very calm and collected as much information as he could to determine what needed to be done. He ordered rest immediately and had a follow up schedule even before the testing appointment was made. So far so good and I am pleased to have been referred to this office.
