LOVE THIS DOCTOR OFFICE!!!! I actually did my internship here and they are very professional and adamant and follow all protocol needed for a clinic. All the doctors are extremely nice and caring with patients and team member.. A year after I decided to establish my OB care. Which was an excellent choice. The billing lady is so nice, all the doctors were nice I didn't care who delivered because everyone was knowledgeable and caring and of course everyone have their favorite. I was so excited to have Dr. Clark deliver my son if i couldn't get her my next choice hoping to have delivered was Dr. Scott.
They let me know that the doctor said I rescheduled my appointment too many times and I need find another provider. What? I have never been fired by a doctor! Life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule, especially since I have two kids who have been sick so much this winter. They do not seem very understanding or compassionate. I have been going to this practice since I got pregnant with my first child 10 years ago and this is how they treat their loyal customers. Because doctors are known for being on time at the appointments! Because we never have to sit in the little room before we get put into another room to that we can wait some more for the doc to show up.
Love this practice and especially love Dr. Scott! He will be delivering my second baby in two weeks and I have been with this practice since 2007. I started with Dr Gardner (who no longer delivers babies) and was "assigned" to Dr. Scott when I became pregnant with my first child. I rotated through all the doctors and they were all nice, professional, timely, etc but on the day I actually went into labor, Dr. Scott was on call at the hospital and from that day forward I became a Dr. Scott loyal (I have seen only him for baby 2 as I have a scheduled c-section planned). He stayed on shift 4 hours after he had to to deliver my daughter and I just could go on and on about the great experience my husband and I had. Anyway, in short I love this practice. During both pregnancies, the receptionist (I believe Mala?) always recognizes me when I come in and checks me in with a smile. I have had to wait more than 10 minutes only once or twice which I think is pretty good. I have recommended a few friends to this practice and will continue to do so.... great group!!

I have called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks. No one has answered the phone and no one has returned my call, despite leaving a phone message and number each time.
Great doctor office in the Raleigh area!!! They're all very helpful. Especially Mrs Pat Heasty!! I'm glad I found her. She actually cares about people and their concerns
