I like this place. They are a great insurance company
Worst company ever!!! Called weeks ahead to cancel my insurance, they still charged me for it, and when called back to dispute it they stated that it was all clear, and all of the sudden bam they sent me to collections!! Do not recommend it at all!!! Give false promises of lowering your insurance but never do, and when they do its only a super small amount!!
I wish I could give this insurance a zero !
They humiliated my mom and started ranting about how people like her is what's wrong about "Mexicans ".
The agent speaks Spanish but spoke to her in English and and said how is it possible your here and don't understand what I'm saying in front of their customers.

Keep in mind my mother has lived here most of her life she understands, speaks and can read in English . Worst insurance ever !
