I don't know Mr. Cecil Burt never met, but I make a call to his staffs and try to get insurance for my new car and also transfer car from Indiana. This is really wonderful team; first instead my real Lexus 250HS they put RX450 premium, so I call them, tell about mistake they make she luffing and us a result next week I got paper where both my cars become premium package and I still got an RX450. May be I got a hard accent but no body call me an idiot. Tomorrow going talk to Mr. Cecil I would like to see his face and Amber face also. Wonderful team HA-HA - "ROBBERS on the ROAD" this is the best name for team. This agency full of clowns they take number of your driving license and address and they will send you a letter and next day they will ask you about number of your apt. or driving license. This is frustration to have this idiots on your back.
Very shady at best. Be careful before handing your money over. Money over integrity is the moral at this storefront. And if you’re a female, prepare to step back into the 50’s. Quite shameful Cecil.
