Nice pricing, very attractive. Lady at counter was dismissive, guess I was bothering her. Clothes really aren't that clean. The smell from my shirts is either the starch or wasn't wash well.

This cleaners is very close to my home and for some reason, I kept giving them a try. Their prices are great, but don't be fooled. I took curtains to them to be cleaned and they stapled the number to the curtains. When I took them out of the bag, it caught on the staple and ripped my curtains.
The price may be the best but the service they offer is poor. They cannot get odors out of sweaters or even some blouses. I promise you will be disappointed. The price is cheap but you will still throw your money away. I was a fool and brought my clothes back here after giving them 1 try... Don't be a fool like me. Get your clothes cleaned elsewhere... They do not remove basic body odors from clothing!!!
When you go in, you are overwhelmed with signs about what they aren't responsible for. They also make you prepay. If I trusted them to do quality work I wouldn't mind. Yes, they have the lowest prices, but once you factor in the cost to replace what they destroy it's definitely not worth it!
I began taking my clothing to Best Price Cleaners on Capital (1) because my finance took his clothing there and (2) it was convenient to pick up on the way home from work. I have been fairly dissatisfied with them for the entire time I have used them. Every time I drop my clothing off they ask for my phone number. This seems fairly standard, they may need to call me about my clothing. On five occasions I have taken color block dresses to this cleaner. One three of those occasions they did not ask me to sign the release in case the colors ran. And on all of these occasions I have returned to find out that dress was not cleaned. I finally asked them why they had not called me to ask me to come back to sign the release, if they had my phone number. This question was met with a blank stare. So I asked again, why ask for my contact number if you are not going to call me? The female employee present said she did not take my clothing with they arrived. I answered her that the boy employee present for this conversation was the one who took my clothing. And that on several other occasion they have inconvenienced me by not cleaning my clothing and not calling. I ask one last time why take my contact information if you are not going to use it for its intended purpose. Again I was met with blank stares. I told them that this was unprofessional and they should have answers to simple questions. I would be taking my business elsewhere where the employees are smart enough to answer simple questions and not just follow the direction of their manager without questioning why they were asked to do a simple task like ask for contact information. This dry cleaner provides terrible customer service. It is dirty inside and I constantly worried about the cleanness of my clothing. I kept returning due to convenience. No more...they have lost a formally loyal customer. I would NOT recommend using this dry cleaner at all!!!!
I recently (Oct. 2013) took my husband's shirts there, and they came back with wrinkles pressed into them and one shirt had ALL of the buttons on the front melted. When he took them back they made excuses about why it wasn't their fault and pointed to the sign that states they aren't responsible for button. I get that they can't be responsible for a lost button here or there, but they melted ALL of them. That comes from carelessness. They did end up replacing the buttons, but he had to make a big deal about it.
