My sister was having surgery, so I took her comforter, blanket, pillow shams and 2 sofa pillow covers to this cleaners, The lady said she could have everything ready the next day. When I went to pick up everything had been cleaned but the comforter had not been folded or bagged, the lady said it would take a few minutes that I did not have as I was heading to my second job. She asked would I pay for the whole ticket and come back to pick up the comforter which I told her would be another day. She told me no problem. I tried twice to get to the cleaners between my two job but with traffic could not make it. stopped on Saturday before work but they were closed until 9:00 am. I stopped this am on the way in to work, the man acted like I was lying, that I had not paid for anything then he went thru receipts to see if I had and then just stared at me you paid you picked up. I said in the beginning no she did not have it ready and I had to come back. He refused to even go see if the comforter was in the back. I was insulted and this is not over yet I will go back at lunch if I do not get my property I will return with the police. This is horrible customer service.
What a great find! In addition to the cleaning being done on site, alterations and repairs are available! I have had 3 different occasions where they have repaired items for me and every time I have been super pleased!! Friendly people working there, always a nice welcome from them! Make your way there, give them a try and you'll be glad you did!!
I needed a suit dry cleaned ASAP. I send them a message, and the owner replied and said come in tomorrow and they can have it done. It was great he took the time to reply at about 10 or 11pm. I have since been back a few times for my other suits and shirts.
