2nd. The sales associate called me back to let me know they would write me a check for a 100$ dollars and give me a 20 dollar credit in hopes I would continue to drop off my dry cleaning at Brothers which I will NOT. Note the owner or manager never bothered to call me, it was always the same sales associate delivering the message that was consistently changing.
I dropped off 5 different items too Brothers Cleaners a couple of weeks ago. I went to pick up the items 2 days after the expected completion date. 4 items were ready but one item in particular was still not ready even two days after I was guaranteed. It was black and white Banana Republic dress. They said it should just take a couple more days- come to find out the colors had blended and ruined the dress.
1st. They told me they would reimburse me for the full price of the dress $120 dollars via check
After 3 1/2 and still not having my dress back or any sort of credit for the damages I will NEVER go to Brothers Cleaners again. This is the most unprofessional way to run a business.
4th. Sales associate calls AGAIN to let me know that this is actually a manufacturing defect from Banana Republic and that I need to call a 1-800 # explain the situation and maybe they will reimburse me or give me store credit?
3rd. Sales associate calls me AGAIN to let me know they are going to try and clean it again but it will be a couple of days. So now I'm not getting reimburses if they somehow fix the damages?
Been using them for years. Friendly staff and excellent quality. The free pick up and delivery service saves me time and money. Family owned business for over 100 years. Highly recommend.
