Horrible! I worked for rick Wilson and Supposedly great American roofing. I myself wasn't paid anything on 6 jobs I did for them and the owner has ripped off 3 other Contractors Dwight foster, and Matthew Hamilton. without paying them. He owes me well over a few thousand dollars. Don't work for them. Also I know a few customer where great American didn't stand behind there word. Larry Burwell, etc. Scamming their salesmen is what they are all about! Call me if you have had problems with them as well. My attorney is already working these issues. I wish I could post pic of text where I was promised to be settled out and never get a return call now. Also they do not pay their graphic designers either. Purvida promotions is still owed $750 for shirt that was order back in May 2016!

Mike came to my house the beginning of June and recommended replacing our roof and gutters. Everything went through with the insurance, roof was replaced around June 23. I was informed that the gutters was ordered. Two months later our gutters was never done, I contacted them to order the rear gutters since it wasn't covered by the insurance and no one called me back but they contacted me two months later for final payment. When I let them know that the gutters was never done, I was told someone would call me back but that never happened. Two weeks later I was contacted for payment because they was informed that the gutters was up but no one did my gutters. The owner made excuses to why the gutters wasn't up. He agreed to give me the rear gutters for free and we agreed. Last weekend 8/5 the workers showed up but it was the wrong color gutters, we ordered a clay color and they bought grey. Monday morning I contacted Jessica and informed her of the problem. She told me that she will have the owners daughter contact me and no one called me all week. My husband and I went on vacation and guess what they showed up on Sunday without us being home and did the gutters. But not only did they do the gutters but they never secured our rear gate and our dog got out. Before my daughter called to tell me this Jessica had called me for the remainder of the money. I contacted her back to let her know that they did not secure the gate they found secured and our dog got out! She apologized and offered to help but what would they be able to do? I was able to contact animal control and they helped my daughter put by finding the dog for us!! Here we are on vacation and don't know what color gutters that's on, if it matches or not!! I am very disappointed in this company!! The workers were very friendly and professional, Mike was great too but it seems like people in the office was more concern about the money then to making sure we was happy with everything!! Roof got done 6/23 and the gutters just got done on 8/13 almost 2 months!! Very disappointed....I recommended this company to 8 of my friends and I'm embarrass to let them know about this, of course I don't want this to happen to them or anyone else!!
Great American Roofing and Restoration provided excellent service and quality work. The sales agent was patient, explained the process and kept me informed. Their process was simply and they took care of working directly with my insurance company. The staff was easy to work with. The roofers did a fabulous job. I had multiple compliments from my neighbors on the roof who then reached out to Great American Roofing and Restoration and had their roofs evaluated and replaced. Overall, my experience was great. I highly recommend Great American Roofing and Restoration.
I am very happy with my experience with Great American Roofing. Ken was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with my insurance company on my behalf. The roofers were polite and did an excellent job on my roof and gutters. They were careful of my landscaping and did an awesome job cleaning up after the job was done. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
