The product is a horrible, they do not fit properly and the biggest rip off is you can not get your money back. It is a piece of plastic that is not fitted to your foot. There is nothing custom about it. I tried to get my money back, went to headquarters, met with the regional manager in Raleigh and still no customer service satisfaction. Luckily I have a credit for the large amount of money I spent. I am spreading this testimony to everyone I know.
The Absolute Worst Customer Service and Experience ever....Went in on Monday (12/11) to get what "custom" fit orthotics, the sales man did his pitch, told me all about the warranty and such....But what he failed to tell me is that there is a No Refund policy...he also misled me into signing what I thought was a Warranty paper, instead it also had the "No Refund" policy on the top, but he was very helpful in checking off the box on the paper that says he explained both to me, even though both me and my girlfriend were standing there and never were made aware of the policy...They do offer a "Store Credit" but that's not what I want, I want the money back ($860 dollars!!!!!!) and the fact that not even 24 hours after a purchase is just awful customer service, I emailed the owner of the store this morning (12/12) and still haven't heard back from him, I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General's office, WRAL, ABC 11 TV and have consulted with a private attorney as well
They are crooks and they know it, over $800 dollars for off the shelf inserts and they don't allow you to get a refund?? Pathetic....They rank just below Roy Moore in the worst kind of people in the world...Don't shop here, instead go consult your doctor, it'll be cheaper and better for you

These people are a joke, they are the worse kind of people, they are deceptive, snake in the grasses....I will make it my life's goal to tell everyone I know about how terrible these people are, how they run their business and I will not stop until I let the world know just how much of a scam the good feet store is or they refund me the money I spent on their products
