My wedding was in October 2013 and things have been crazy, so I am just now writing this review. We had a small wedding with about 50 people, so we didn't want to spend too much money on the flowers. Daniel was extremely accommodating to our wishes and allowed us to drop off some lanterns and beads and other things at his shop before the wedding. On our wedding day, he arrived to the venue with the flowers and our possessions and arranged everything absolutely beautifully. It really made the ceremony and reception look elegant and fun at the same time. We highly recommend this business!
The staff is great, super friendly and helpful. They know there flowers and can come up with beautiful bouquet's. They do delivery and gave nice cards and extra accessories that you can compliment the flowers with.
Phoned in an order for a hand bouquet before my date. The nice woman I spoke with was very helpful, offered great suggestions and seemed genuinely excited for me. The bouquet was beautiful and much nicer than I imagined. My date was very impressed with the flowers and sent me several pictures of them in a vase after she got home. I've got a second date this week!
Daniel's florist did an outstanding job at our daughter's wedding this month. The flowers were just gorgeous and everyone commented on the arrangements. Dan really listens to the bride and works out bouquets that are prettier than you can ever imagine and fit into your budget. He makes great suggestions on how to save $ also
and is super efficient, friendly and great to work with. We recommend Daniel's Florist to anyone looking for value, great craftsmanship and superior service!!
In terms of the product the flowers were fine. They turned out as I hoped and I can't complain. However, in terms of customer service I wish I could give them negative stars. The receptionist lady was incredibly rude and condescending, constantly interrupting to give what she thought was the answer multiple times (it wasn't). She made a mockery out of careful procedures I tried to detail with no regard to think how delicate the situation could be (death of loved one). Only later did she draw up elaborate "explanations" as to why she said certain things only after I had to directly call her out and ask her why she was being so rude. These explanations could have been easily made up front and cordially, instead she chose to leave a very bitter taste. I only used this service as there was absolutely no other choice due to time constraints but I will absolutely not be using their services again. An absolute nightmare and I don't recommend them to anybody unless you don't mind dealing with disgusting attitudes. You can get flowers just as good from another florist with a much much better experience.
