When the Gentleman arrived the flowers were a totally different arrangement and he asked for the old vase back as if I was lying.
We will not use them again. They don’t care.
The ladies are attentive and call me old fashion but i prefer to get flowers fresh from the florist that has all the right touches to present to your love ones for any occasions. There is nothing better than admiring fresh picked flowers that has been well taken care of better than a random grocery store.

I then called Samantha and explained this was ridiculous. This was not the arrangement my boyfriend sent over and paid for.I explained first you all left my flowers outside in the heat while I wasn’t home and then sent the second arrangement less than what my boyfriend paid for. Not to mention you all are closing at 5 pm. Her response was you asked for us to come at 4 pm. I sent both arrangements back as requested by the driver.
This is the only florist to ever use! They are the real deal (I am SO tired of big-box-online companies with call centers!). They are responsive, their arrangements are gorgeous, they truly care about the work they do and you can trust them to deliver on time.
People need to do their job. My boyfriend could have purchased flowers from several other florists in Raleigh but he spent his money here. Money wasted and time.
This is a terrible florist which lacks professionalism. I have lived in Raleigh all of my life and have received flowers or deliveries plenty of times from my boyfriend. Never has anyone left flowers outside in the damn heat and humidity! When I came home the flowers were turning brown and some of the flowers had dried out. I called the following day and spoke with Samantha who identified herself as the manager. I informed her what had happened and she assured me it would be resolved. Well it wasn’t.
I used to be happy enough grabbing a bouquet from the supermarket, now I plan ahead so I can buy my wife something from North Raleigh Florist.
Floral Arrangements always beautiful; unique, and receives so many compliments whether bought for my own home or a friend’s. Staff always helpful in selections, and their customer service is excellent! I recommend North Raleigh Florist highly!!!
