Falls Lake Florist is such a personable florist. I live in California and when I want to send flowers to my family in the Raleigh area, I will always use this florist shop. I love the fact that I can speak with Jan, the owner of the shop directly. Her arrangements are very fresh and unique as she uses so many different types of flowers. The arrangement pictured below arrived at the perfect time for my sister's birthday today! The beautiful vibrant colors that I had imagined along with so many different kinds of exquisite flowers. I won't use anyone else in Raleigh for flowers, period. Not only is Jan top-flight at her craft, producing flowers that take my wife's breath away, she takes fantastic care of her regulars. Great, great service.
Needed to send flowers on short notice to a relative in Raleigh. On calling the main store number I was given the option to "call Jan on her cellphone". I called Jan, who was kind enough to interrupt her lunch to take my order and assured me it would be delivered later in the day. I then got pictures sent of the actual arrangement that was being delivered and confirmation of the delivery. I have not had a better customer service experience, ever. And Mom loved the flowers.
