I ordered from this location multiple times for pick up rarely for delivery (14.99 for delivery I rather take it myself lol) they always have it on time I have even called to picked up earlier and they have been able to accommodate just fine, they have always been gifts for others. For myself I always get smoothies specially when work is crazy and I don't have time to sit to have lunch and they are always great. Over all the employees are friendly and sometimes seem to be in a hurry but they still manage to be nice.
That customer service person called the shop, and reported back: (a) They say, "Sorry for the error and for no call back." They lost the message. (b) They will either deliver the balloon -- now, 2-days late -- or give me a credit for the balloon they did not deliver. (c) They will give me a $10 store credit if I ever order from this store again. As if that is going to happen.
I asked about the balloon. No balloon. So, I called the shop. They said this order was, actually, with the Wake Forest shop, but that they were taking the calls for the Wake Forest store.
They were sorry, and asked if I wanted the balloon delivered late or a credit for the price of the balloon. At that point, the surprise having passed, and delivery of a single balloon, after-the-fact, being ridiculous, I asked for the credit.
They WOWed me, in the sense of "WOW! I cannot believe how bad this went." And, "WOW! I will never order online from Edible Arrangements again!"
I absolutely loved our Easter basket!!!! Our guests were all taking pictures so their quality was great. I definitely recommend them especially for special occasions.
Great Starwberries, last week they looked Huge. Service and timeliness is great in that specific store. The one in Oberlin lacked a bit of customer service OH!!! And this store has a smoothie bar.
Two days later, and still no call back. So, I called Edible Arrangements' national customer service line, where, they say, their goal is to "WOW you".
The person who took the call said she was not authorized to give credit. She would have to talk to her manager and call me back in a couple of minutes.
I live in the Chicago area, but needed to have the edible arrangement delivered in the North Raleigh area. I did not pick the store. Just placed the order, online, for one box of chocolate-dipped strawberries AND a balloon to be delivered on a certain day. The recipient called me to say she got three boxes, only one of which was addressed to her. So, she had to call the shop, which said they'd send someone back to pick up the other two boxes. (I hope those two people got their order.)
