Great customer service is the number one quality in any business in my opinion...and Great Blooms knows how to please their customers! The quality and arrangements of flowers are top notch! Plus, you can have anything custom designed which I love. If you need to send someone flowers, call them!
The arrangement that was sent to my son & daughter in law for the arrival of my granddaughter, could NOT have been more perfect!! IT WAS INCREDIBLE! Ive never seen one more beautiful & never smelled anything like this! They included a great gift basket for baby with sweet accessories & must haves for the little one!

I called in to place an order as I am from out of town. Sarah was an absolute angel. She listened to what I wanted and needed and made suggestions. Sarah then took the time to send me photographs of the plants we discussed. It was a hard decision to make because everything was so beautiful. Sarah has a great personality for the job and you can tell she loves her job. Best customer service ever, beautiful plants and the prices are great. I highly recommend this florist.
Excellent Service + Beautiful Arrangements - We ordered flowers for my 6 year old. They asked her favorite colors and about her personality - so when we got the arrangement, it was all her favorite shades of pink and orange. They even added a little charm bracelet to the vase for her to wear and thoughtful details/embellishments. The new owners are really working hard to make sure that all their clients are satisfied and that the service and flowers are second to none. We only use this florist now because of the new owners' dedication and the gorgeous flowers!
