I started a policy with Angelica in the upstairs office, she is always very helpful and answers my questions. She is very efficient, courteous, and really sounds like she knows what she is talking about!
I have been a customer for 20 years and cannot get a return call. There was a miscommunication and I was without insurance on a vehicle involved in an accident. We had homeowners and multiple vehicles. There is a program where they can forgive my liability or at least return a call and say sorry we appreciate your business but its out of our hands. Left a message for Carter Glass who was out to lunch, on his voicemail and never returned my call two days later I reached someone in his office and he is out of the country??? His secretary spoke to me yesterday and promised to call me back...never did, when I called today she told whoever answered the phone to refer me to claims. I feel like Im in the twilight zone! I have never been treated like I did not exist with a company I spent so much money with for such a long time. I am disappointed and disgusted that anyone could treat a customer this way. Nationwide on the other hand is great just find a new AGENT!
