I rented the "lux" (8-12 person) party bus for my birthday. Katie C. was my contact during my planning and was beyond helpful, and always quick to respond. Our driver was Marti and he was very nice and professional. We will definitely be renting through "raleigh dream limos" very, very soon! The bus was very spacious, clean, and trendy. Wonderful experience and I cannot say enough good things :-)
We are so glad we decided to rent with RDE and couldn't have imagined a better event (party bus rental)! They were competitively priced, timely with responses, provided amazing customer service, and honestly even better than advertised. The bus itself (the Rockstar) was top of the line and in wonderful condition. It had plentiful space, well maintained and stocked coolers (2) with ice and water bottles, and a booming sound system (which we put to good use). We had interactions with both Chris and Katie during our booking experience and they were both friendly and informative. We specifically wanted to mention our driver (Mike) and how great he was with communication and flexibility during the night! He really made it even more enjoyable with his personality and adaptability. We will have only great things to tell any individuals who inquire about your services. Thanks again!
Raleigh Dream Limos was great! Katie was prompt in responding to my initial request and flexible with a short-notice date change. Our bus driver, Marty, was responsive and accommodating all evening. He arrived 15 minutes early which allowed us ample time to load the bus and checked in periodically to make sure we were still running on schedule. Highly recommend!
Me and a group of Friends just recently went to the Florida Georgia line concert and it was worth every penny Katie and the bus driver were amazing and help in any way they could!!! Will use them again!!
I'd never used a party bus and limousine company before, but after my experience with RDE, this is the only company I will be booking from here on out. From the beginning, Katie C. was timely and thorough with the reservation/booking process answering any and all of my questions/messages. Our chauffeur for the night was Mike, he contacted me an hour in advance to check in and throughout the night he kept strong communication with the entire group and overall was the absolute gentleman, everyone adored him. I rented the "LUX MINI", the bus was beautiful both inside and out, towards the end of the night not everyone wanted to get off.
I would look nowhere else when it comes to a company like RDE, impeccable customer service, accurate quotes, phenomenal prices and happy employees :) Thank you again RDE!
