Absolutely serious customer service!!! we were heading out of town to meet family. our flight was at 6:30 am so we needed to be picked up at 5am and the driver arrived on time. We had a very calm and relaxing ride to the airport,when we arrived at the airport i was relaxed.The driver unloaded our bags and took them to the curb for us. RDU Taxi has great prices and amazing service. I will be Using RDU CAB again!!
Taxi RDU Cab is highly recommended, highly reliable What a great network of drivers. I had a friend tell me about Taxi RDU Taxi truly this group of drivers are helpful and trustworthy. I found them to be nice company and a good deal. It was well worth it. Taxi RDU has proven to me and my friends to be the best in Raleigh, NC. I have nothing bad to say about their services. The drivers are really nice and always call whenever I need a cab. I always feel comfortable when I get into one of Taxi RDU Cars. They are great and friendly.
Phone number is disconnected. Still taking reservations online but won't answer emails and phone is disconnected.
Worst service ever! Made an online reservation 4 days in advance to drive me to RDU. They never picked me up!! After giving them 10 mins past the pickup time I tried calling the number on their website and found it had been disconnected. I ended up having to drive myself and pay for longterm parking at RDU.
Had a very early flight so needed 4:40 am pickup. Driver called me at 2:30 am to confirm. Huh?? Wished I wasn't woken up, but whatever. And then he no-shows. No answer from the number he called from. No answer at the main line. Left messages and nothing. Glad for Uber, even though it was a premium time and I paid a bunch - at least I didn't miss my flight (barely).
