The company promised a $500 referral payment. Now, 2 1/2 months later, I still haven't received that referral payment. I have been told that the check was mailed on Dec 9th. Today is Dec 20th and still no check.

I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling and after thorough research on google, I contacted them through the form on their website. They called me within minutes and we set an appointment for a time to have one of their roofing technicians come out and inspect my roof. The technician showed up promptly and explained and showed me pictures of the damage he found on my roof. He even assisted me in calling my insurance company so I could get a new roof as quick as possible. Since that appointment, I have had my roof put on and I could not be any happier!!! The roofing guys did a great job making sure to clean up all the old debris too! I would highly recommend MRN Contracting NC.
Excellent experience with MRN. They seamlessly worked with our insurance company with a claim for a roof replacement due to storm damage. I barely lifted a finger as they worked with the adjuster and the regional office on our claim. Roof completed in one and a half days. Very clean job site(found a few nails here and there). A week after the job we noticed that a screen had been damaged from the old roof tear off. They promptly came by to pick it up and came by a couple of days later with repaired screen. Recommended.
