I had a great experience here. I was promptly greeted at the door. One of the reps, Matt, spent a good amount of time talking with me about different grades of road bikes and let me test ride a Trek Emonda. What a great bike! I had a flat & a blow out in South Carolina. My bike group was on our way to Rayleigh area for 3 days of biking. I called these guys and explained & made sure they had the size I needed, 700x40. And they were open till 8 pm.well we got there at 6 , they looked gave be choice of replacement tires, said 30 minutes. We went off had a beer came back bike was fixed, installed on our bike rack and spare tube in my seat bag! outstanding!
Update## 9/20/2017:
I am giving this bike shop a negitive rating for one reason, they threw out my wheel well after
I ordered a quick release wheel well replacement. I came back a day after the part was in and they could not find my original vintage steel wheel well. The service and repair was fine but I cannot believe someone would throw away a perfectly good steel wheel well. It was worth recycling at least.
I bought another P1 Madone with the beautiful Alberto Contador paint scheme, man..this bike is super fine! However, one option that I would give is to provide some shipping options (not only ground) sometimes there could be a customer willing to pay extra to have the bike sooner.
Bought a Procaliber 9.9SL on ProjectOne and got delivered at this Trek Store location. Matt, Chris, and Stuart are top notch engineers! They followed through all the process of my ProjectOne being created until it got delivered. Very satisfied with my experience at this location. Highly recommend!
I recently purchased a road bike from this location and the guys I spoke with were all highly knowledgeable and courteous. There was none of that "cool guy" vibe that's present in some other bike shops in the area. The manager, Matt, helped me select the perfect bike to fit my needs and was super helpful throughout the transaction. I will highly recommend The Trek store at Holly Park to everyone.
