I've rented from here a couple dozen times. Never had the same experience- and that's not a good thing. Seems like there's a lot of turnover with the staff, and really poor handing of logistics. Don't expect a vehicle to be available at your reserved time just because you reserved it a week ahead of time. One time, they had to drive me all the way to the oil change at Cary Towne Center because the only vehicle they had available was located there. Today my vehicle wasn't available until 1.5 hrs after my reserved time. Only redeeming quality of this place - the staff is usually pretty friendly.
Nice staff, but it takes a lot of time to get out of there because their systems often are slow, as per my experience. I've rented multiple times
have all kind of cars , if you live loccally , you dont far to drive a too far just to rent a car . i recommend this cause it cheaper that other locations
I have always had a great experience when I come to this location. The folks here go above and beyond. There's been numerous times I've booked a small car for a certain price and they give me something larger for the same price or at a better rate. They're good and honest people here. Highly recommended.
It sucked... If you go here, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CREDIT... Other wise dont bother. Seriously. Maybe it would had been a better experience for me but my credit was not good enough for a emergency trip I needed to make.
