Had to exchange car. Very helpful and quick service!!! Nothing at all like hertz Boston Logan, they where unfriendly and not at all forthcoming. Checkin took for ever. Nobody was capable to help with mounting the Children seat. The car was not checked for damages and we were not treated like customers more like unwanted tourists.
Pick-up was a breeze, there was a shuttle waiting when we walked out of the terminal. The driver was polite and courteous, and insisted on loading our luggage for us. At the rental office, my name was listed on the Gold Club board, but instead of a stall #, there was "***" listed. I went into the gold office, and was informed there was an issue with the credit card I used for the reservation (it was an expired card tied to my Hertz account). Gave them a new card, and was on my way. This has been the only time I have received the actual make and model of car I reserved!! Time from exiting the gate, to being on our way, ~15 minutes.
Return was just as easy and quick.
I was a little hesitant to rent from this location based on all the negative reviews, but I have had good experiences at all the other Hertz locations I have rented from, and am a Gold Club member, so I gave it a shot.
Excellent customer service. All of the ladies were great! I feel bad because I asked their names and now I can’t remember but I believe one was Danielle or Daniella! She was great! I liked the car! No problems at all! Quick service. Shuttle to and from the airport! Thoroughly enjoyed the service and will rent from them again!
Not super happy. Apparently it costs more per driver of the vehicle.
the staff is not very friendly,may be working in the 6:30AM is too early for him. the charge for the additional co-driver is also expensive for 13$/day. you know, most rental firms is free for this issue.
Thw custoner service woman also tried to up sale us on a bigger car even though there were only 2 of us.
