I was told my furniture would be delivered on 9/20. Then received a call after my 3 hour delivery window saying the furniture was damaged and new furniture would be delivered the next day 9/21. The next day (9/21) no call no show. I have to make multiple calls trying to figure out what is going on with my delivery. At that point no explanation was given but I was told we have you on schedule for 9/22. So on 9/22, the delivery crew arrived after the 3 hour window that I was given and the love seat of the 3 pieces I bought had 4 holes in it. So then I called to have the love seat replaced, because I don't want to pay roughly $3700 for furniture that arrived damaged. After talking with 4 different employees including management, I was only offered $150 discount. Worst customer service I ever had to deal with. And I am still in the process of waiting on phone calls trying to have my furniture replaced. I Don't recommend this place to anyone!!!

Dave was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He came to me right away but was not pushy or hurrying. I would buy from him again. As a matter of fact, I probably will be in touch soon... The delivery team was very professional, fast and efficient. The prices were comparable to the big name stores too.
We were looking for a refrigerator and had been to several places. Just happened upon Conn''s and we are thankful we did. They had the cheapest price on the refrigerator that we wanted plus free delivery. The hook up for the water line was cheaper plus no fee to take our old refrigerator. Our salesperson, Stephen, was excellent and had a great personality. We bought our refrigerator on Monday and it was delivered Wednesday. We received emails and phone calls notifying us of the status of the delivery date and time right up until they artived. The delivery guys were professional and personable. They did a great job getting our old refrigerator out and the new one in with some cool straps that I had never seen before. They worked very well together. I was totally impressed with our experience and will recommend Conn's to all our friends. Thank you!!
The customer service is absolutely the best! The store manger is wonderful!!! Between the customer service employee who helped me and the store manager, I will definitely be back. The prices are fantastic!
