Furniture at very reasonable price and quite a big selection. They do offer value for money. We bought multiple bedrooms sets and sofas from Heavners. Gerald helped us and he was very helpful in terms giving suggestions and showing prices. I will give 5 stars to Gerald. He went out of his way to help us and actually ended up delivering sofa himself because of issues with delivery charges. We will definitely buy from Heaver again because how Gerald took care of us. I would give 3 stars to companies disclosure of return and refund policy. Its not very clear and not properly disclosed during ordering process. Will definitely advise future customers to make sure they ask for there refund and return policy and if possible look for Gerald at the store.
My husband and I bought an entertainment center yesterday and was helped by a very nice gentleman named Mello. We spent over an hour in the store deciding on how we were going to spend our money on an entertainment center and finally were able to agree on a $588 piece. We were very happy with the service up and the furniture up until we brought it home and realized that there was pieces missing to stabilize the shelf in the center, so my husband had to make a trip to home depot to get the replacement pieces and then when opening one of the side doors we found a women's sanitary pad. Highly disappointed to find out the store was unable to do anything for me once I called and addressed my concerns to Mello and the manager on duty on 10/22, the only thing he could offer was to mail the missing pieces for the shelf, at that point I was ready to have my entertainment center put in one piece and my husband had already taken time to go to home depot while I sanitized the entertainment center! Was planning on getting a couch in the future but this place isn't for us.
After recently moving to the area we visited here and had a great experience. Very helpful staff. Their inventory changes so frequently that it is hard to shop online, but I highly encouraging visiting in person for a few weeks to find something you want.
Wow! The selection and prices at this store will help me skip all the others the next time I'm shopping for furniture! Very pleased with delivery (3rd party) and quality of my new kitchen dining set, as well as overall shopping experience.
Decent selection. Good prices. Some sales people are easy and others will follow you around annoyingly. :-)
