My wife and I have only positive things to say about Fire House in Raleigh. Our screened porch is used year-round and we upgraded with good quality wicker furniture. It is nothing like walking into a store with lots of options, information, sales and excellent customer service. Bobby our salesperson has met all of our expectations. Great follow-up and customer service from all staff we have encountered. We are excited about our furniture and will enjoy it for years! We are considering getting a few more pieces to make it complete.
These folks are too busy to take care of new customers like us. I wish I could give them 1/2 star for poor customer service.

It's been over 2 months since we visited the store and asked them to send someone to our home to look at replacing our gas fireplace with a wood burning one. They gave us the name of one of their 2 installers, who we contacted twice and haven't heard from since.
In the meantime, we have had the work done by ANOTHER fireplace store. I wish we could post pictures on here - it turned out beautifully!
We purchased an outdoor set a couple of years ago and loved the quality. When I heard that they now offered FREE design consultation I knew I wanted to go back. Dixie and Ben were easy to work with and provided us options within our budget. They were AHEAD of schedule for delivery! Our outdoor space has turned into the most popular space the home.

Bryan. He was like my best friend and could not do enough for me, I had issues with a set of gas logs and he gave me the exact fix it for the problem and continued to help. I told him he deserved a metal and steak supper. Customer service like this is a definite PLUS. Go Bryan.
