We ordered a Thomasville armchair from this store is Sept 2017. When it arrived, the seat cushion was not properly made. The rear of the cushion is too high and too hard; the front part of the cushion is too low. It is not the same kind of cushion as the floor model. The chair is not comfortable.
We have made repeated efforts to get the store to resolve the issue. They tell us "oh, we'll take care of it this week". That's happened 4 times. No one is taking ownership of resolving the issue, and we have a $1600 chair that's useless.
Great Quality Furniture, and the associates are very welcoming.
This has to be one of the worst buying experiences of my life and I still don't have the product. I ordered a QuickShip sofa that should have been delivered in 30 days and if all goes as scheduled ... I should receive it in 7 MONTHS. And, for this ... they are absolutely refusing to reduce the price. Needless to say, I'm going shopping again. I will not have their products in my home.
Similar experience to another reviewer, it took months to receive our furniture. When we did receive it, however, we loved it. Now years have passed and the ottoman is tearing at the corners. I have the original fabric swatch and called to see if I could have it re-upholstered. No. Can I order the fabric from you and have someone else re-upholster it. No. So please keep in mind that if you buy something from them to match your interior, you'd better have a Plan B for when it wears out! Customer service was rude and made no attempt to be helpful.
