I purchased a sofa over a year ago and paid $1,300. It was not made correctly. Customer service was horrible in 2016. The sofa was picked up for return over a month and I still have not received my cash(I paid cash) or store credit. The customer service I recieved 2017 was great.
I ordered and payed a framed silver flare more than a month ago at the store. They only had the one on display. I've called twice and they always say the same "it will be here tomorrow". It seems the shipping from Atlanta for some reason takes for ever to get to Raleigh. DON 'T ORDER ONLINE. THEY WILL TAKE FOR EVER TO DELIVER!!
Drove in from Wilmington NC to decorate my new apartment. My boyfriend and I were in the middle of deciding on art for the living room, a new bedroom set, as well as other trinkets and odds and ends that we wanted to purchase today and the woman working there (who didn't ask to assist us) kicked us out of the store at 6:02. I have NEVER been spoken to like that in a store.Needless to say we won't be coming back. Great items, AWFUL customer service. Extremely disappointed.
Always great unique items at a great value, great customer service, I felt they were above and beyond my expectations. Quality is good also, been a client for over 10 years!
