It was like a stay in a hotel! They give you snacks and games and coloring stuff and tv. They came at me from all angles and I learned a lot about myself and others. I came out more self aware and conscious of my thoughts. I still struggle with my thoughts but music and art and good friends help a lot. If I have another mental breakdown I'm going back there in a heartbeat.
