The front desk staff is nothing but polite and helpful with genuine smiles on their faces. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The entire hotel still has a new feel to it too. Roof top bar was awesome with large glasses of wine and good live music during happy hour. My only negative feedback would be the toiletries. The products smelled like old school V05 and didn't have a nice feel.
We just came to Raleigh for the CASL soccer tournament. First time at an AC hotel. We really liked it! Loved the cleanliness, beds were comfortable, shower was good, liked the large TV and all the outlets available. Everyone was friendly and we loved all the shopping and food options in walking distance. We will definitely come back.
The parking is easily accessible but if you get back anytime between 9-5 be ready for an adventure!
I stayed at AC north hills for 4 days. While the hotel is modern and artsy, I felt it can be improved. My room was cold and the ac wasn’t doing anything except blowing cold air. The Buffett breakfast is different but lack some basic items, once I ordered sth it took so long I was ready to give it up (30 min wait for Greek omelette!!) ...
We got a great deal on Priceline! The hotel is very new and pristine. Great location and very friendly concierge.
