The hotel is beautiful. The room is well appointed and super clean. The front desk staff leaves much to be desired, not very friendly or helpful.
Absolutely Amazing Wedding Venue!!! I am so happy that I and my now husband chose the Hilton Garden Inn Crabtree/Raleigh to have our wedding rehearsal dinner, our wedding ceremony, and reception. We absolutely loved Ashley & Debbie. They were awesome from the moment we selected them to the very end of our wedding day.
The entire hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern. It is like a home away from home. The food is great and the service is even better!
The Hilion Garden Inn is a very nice and professional hotel. Newly built, this hotel has very nice conference rooms, a simmering pool and a workout room. It also has a bar area that seems fully stocked and has a forward lounge area with casual setting and tables.
My husband and I decided to take a weekend trip to Raleigh with our sons and deciede to stay here. This hotel is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was very accommodating and provided top notch customer service during our entire stay! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I am not usually too excited to stay in hotels, however, this one has been the best so far. The breakfast is top notch, they have something for everyone. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in town!

The staff was very courteous and the rooms are reasonably priced. Loved the breakfast! We had reserved a king size bed but got a queen. Have stayed at better Hilton's but it was comfortable.
