I've had good experiences with Hawthornes before, but will never book with them again.

Place was just OK. Nothing spectacular, nor nothing egregiously wrong.

I should have asked when checking in, but I wound up with a room with a queen bed. Not two doubles, not a king, but one queen bed. I didn't even know that existed! The hotel's booking system wasn't linked to my booking on Priceline either, so getting checked in was challenging.

I can't complain too loud. Everything worked. It has a refrigerator, microwave, and utensils. The shower and toilet worked. The AC did well.

Nice looking property on website, but old interior, ok prices in a pinch. Odors and stains. Tiny 30inch tv, shower was dank, cracked, and shower head was clogged and barely ran.

Complaints. Dryers are very old will not dry clothes completely. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the floor seemed uneven in the kitchen and bathroom, with humps and dips. It made me feel like I might fall through, especially in the bathroom. One side of the bed was comfortable, but the other side had a hump in it. TV was small. Breakfast was OK at best. I got the last of the eggs and sausage. No sofa in room. Just a stupid chair. So, you can't snuggle with your significant other on the couch.

I honestly don't know how anyone has a positive review of this place. Sleep is the most important thing to me when staying at a hotel, for obvious reasons. This bed and the pillows were beyond terrible. The pillows looked like regular pillows, but they were about half the size and felt like they were stuffed with cheap cotton balls. I had to get a blanket out of the closet and wrap it in my sweatshirt to have something to rest my head on that didn't squish out or flatten to nothing. To make things worse, the bed was sunken in the middle. The heat was set to 68 degrees, but would let the room cool to a normal range and heat up to sweltering. The room was kind of dirty, too.

Keep your good work up.

Its been fun... well it is cheap too. Like you get a spacious room with a portable kitchen thats awesome. My wife is pregnant and this is the best place for an extended stay...

Employees lied about details we called about in advanced. Charged us more than said only good thing there is Katelyn and yeah it's really nice and clean great quality. Just these employees.
