Never that busy, quick service, and great prices. They also have a very large selection of dog food which is great.
While I try and shop local as much as possible, I also will spend my money at stores where I am treated well, people are helpful and prices are competitive.
Their prices are good and they were especially helpful when I had to return and figure out some items for Antonio (we are now walking him outside).
Absolute best pet store in the triangle. The customer service here is stellar! Please start carrying the precious cat litter in the 40lb bags again. I always buy it from you and I am so sad you dont carry it anymore!

This is one of my favorite pet stores. The other day I purchased two big bags of cat litter and the young gentlemen could not have been nicer. They found what I needed and loaded into the car.
There are two young men that are ALWAYS very welcoming when I come in. They helped me pick a higher quality dog food for my new pupper and were very friendly. Because of their excellent customer service I have started frequenting this store whenever I need something or want to try something new. There is also a bulletin board in the back with all kinds of pet-related info, such as an upcoming Halloween petfest.
