Great store super friendly and helpful staff!!
I was already a huge fan of PetPeople! Previously shopped at Phydeaux; however, PetPeople is more conveniently located, the staff is always friendly and very accommodating, and their frequent buyer card is a wonderful $$ saver! To top it off, my pup just received a personalized birthday card from the staff after I'd visited the store a week prior to get her a special birthday treat! Thank you, PetPeople!! You've definitely earned my loyalty!
The three times I have been to this store, the staff was exceptionally helpful and they really cared about wanting to help me. The store seems super clean and organized. However, I have yet to buy anything because the 3 times I have visited, they did not carry what I was looking for. I really want to be a customer here though!
Great variety and service syaff
Great store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very willing to help and share some knowledge when I had some questions about their bones. Everything was natural and healthy options for my dog. There was a pretty decent selection of items too. I just quickly browsed the store and got a couple small things this time, but look forward to going back again
