I love Bailey's! The people here are kind, helpful, and awesome. My husband bought my engagement ring here and we were able to create a custom ring using a diamond that has been in my family, and Jim, the ring craftsman, created something more beautiful than I imagined. Recently, I fell and bent both my engagement ring and wedding ring into an unwearable shape. I brought them to Baileys and was very sad to be parting with my rings, and was scared they were beyond repair! I picked up the rings today, and Jim has made them look as new and beautiful as the day my husband gave them to me! The craftsmanship and customer service is absolutely unparalleled at this Bailey's location. Thank you Bailey's and thank you Jim!!
Kelly was amazing. We came to Baileys first and loved this one piece, but wanted to compare to other stores in the mall before making the final decision. We were back in the hour and Kelly came immediately with a smile, offered us snacks and drinks, and brought us right back to the piece for checkout. I don’t think I could have had a better experience.
First I’d like to say that Lisa was the sales associate that helped me and I highly recommend her! But as far as Bailey’s goes I was treated great. Lisa is who I dealt with mostly, she Helped find me exactly what I wanted at a price I didn’t think possible for such a beautiful engagement ring. She also made it very personal giving me a business number that I could reach her at 24/7, and my proposal was last minute because of a change in our trip, so she worked very hard starting at 8:30pm to get the ring and diamond in, then get it set and sized all ready for me at 10am the next morning so I could make my flight at 12. Great woman, very thankful.

We had a little hiccup after getting a ring a half size too big than what we ordered. The take away from that is just to get them to check the size with you before leaving the store. But the attentiveness and remarkable customer service from the owner and general manager, Gil, was beyond all expectations. They handled the resizing instantly! They even offered to have someone hand deliver it to our doorstep today! That is something you will find no where else! My fiancé and my mother also had Gil as a consultant for the ring buying experience and spoke so highly of him. They have said his professionalism, patience, and his attention to detail made the experience so easy. They also mentioned how he listened instead of trying to force them into anything. They truly value their customer's experience!
